Hello everyone. I have a question about using grep to find everything but a few names.

We have a huge support log that when we do certain tasks, we enter our name and it adds a record to this log. I'm trying to find any mistypes in the list. So I want to find everything but

jma
cmf
rmo

Can someone help me out on this?

egrep -v 'jma|cmf|rmo' /some/file

should do the trick.
