I have managed to get the proxy server and the IIS3 Working, and Users in our school can connect, However we are using Internet Explorer 5.0, we opening and logging on to the web:
Sorry for the length of this message but I included all the current info.
I use a regedit file located in the NETLOGON Directory of our server, I use logon scripts to point the wstns machine at our proxy!

The Problem is that it is taking ages for them to get the default page, Once they are past this page the internet works fine and it is not slow at all it is just the first time the connect to our server.When it comes up with the default page. Is this a problem with IIS3?
Can anyone help BTW feel free to use this script if it helps.if you need any help with it ask.
