I use Greeting 1 assigned to table 1 Afternoon which goes to CCR tree 1 and plays an info message when the office closes for lunch. THis happens at 12:00 pm when the office presses a Night service key on there phone.
When the service key is pressed at 4:00pm it plays an office closed greeting. This comes from greeting 2 assigned to table 2 under the evening section Then goes to the home menu of CCR Tree 2 and plays an info message.
This is set up to happen Monday through Friday.
I want them to be able to press the night service key on Friday afternoon at 4:00pm Which is the time I have under evening. the Table 2 Greeting 2 message plays which I want to go through the entire weekend until Monday morning when they turn the service off. Is there a way to do this without the afternoon greeting playing at 12:00 on Saturday and Sunday or by turning the business open option on and off. This will just confuse them if on froday they have to go to the operator menu. I just want a one key operation.
If this is confusing I will try to simplify it, just let me know what is confusing you in the reply
