We wuld like to set up a recording before routing to the hunt pilot. We have a number of toll free numbers that get translated in the local exchange to the hunt pilot number.
Any ideas how I may accomplish this? I have a CM 6.1.4 and Unity Connection 7.1.3
Set up CTI Route Points that have the incoming numbers on them, depends on how they are delivered to your system, set up VoiceMail profile that masks the incoming number to the number on a UCX CallHandler, then CFWD All to the Unity CX CallHandler that gives the Greeting, then transfers the caller to the Hunt Group pilot number.
