Hi,

I have an NEAX 2000 IVS I recently "inherited" and am just beginning to try and use it. Unfortunately the box that used to have MATWORX died and the license was never uninstalled from that box soo it does not seem like I can load MATWORX on another box?

I have several DTERM phones programmed and would just like to copy a few of these to what I hope are available LENS. Is there a command in MOC that I can use? Also can anyone point me towards a good beginners guide to MOC? I am having trouble understanding how to navigate and would like to dig in, but I'm not sure where to start.

Thanks all!

There is a lot of programming associated with the phones if you want to do a "copy." Being a new user with MATWorX and the 2000 is pretty difficult. If you want a copy of MATWorX Studio you will probably have to call NEC, the might be able to produce a key for you, because it isnt supported anymore, they might charge you for it though. Since you are green to both the 2000IVS and MATWorX, your best bet would be to call a vendor for MAT training. It will cost some money, but it will be worth it for basic MAC work.

Here are some of the Commands that you should look at to do a copy of the station: 1201, 1202, 1204, 1207, 1212, 1213, 1217, 1222, 1223, 1303, 160, 170, 180, 73, 771, 9000, 93, 94, and depending on the software version of the IVS you have E600, E601, and E602.
