Green screening changes colour of clip.

Hi all,

I have a clip with a green screened backdrop, when I use the "green screen" option under the transparency settings I seem to lose ALL the green, I mean if something is yellow it will lose the green from the RGB settings and turn orangy/red.

Obviously I don't want this to happen. Is there a way around this problem or am I doing something wrong?
