I'm been using Great Plains for years now. I stated with the DOS version 3.0 back in 1988 and went to windows in 1998
(you had a choice then DOS or Windows).

I'm currently using 9.1 (windows)and was wordering what was the lastest version before they discontinued it? Is there a way to upgrade to the latest version ( I think it may be 9.5)?

Yeah I know, it's an old program. But I know it so well and it's soooo easy to use. It's not easy for this old dog to learn new tricks. Write me at bartmansr at yahoo or reply to this message.

Payroll is the program I use most now.

Thanks

BartMan,

The last version of Great Plains Accounting was indeed 9.5.

I still have a large box of GPA manuals, CD's, and even diskettes, somewhere in my storage room! I started as a user with version 7.0 and as a consultant somewhere around version 8.0. Can't recall if the Registration Keys changed between sub-versions or not but you just might be able to use the same keys for version 9.5 as for version 9.1.

Let me see if I can find an old set of keys to see if they change between sub-versions. Would you like one of the version 9.5 CD's, just in case it could be used?

Yes, I would like to have a 9.5 version. I used to be a GP installer but that was too long ago.

Thanks a million (non cash-able)
