Great Plains crashes when looking up payments

Great Plains 7.5 with sp 2. Go into Trans > Purch > Edit Checks. Enter a couple payments in a couple batches. GO back into window and click on lookup button beside payment number, then click on the Batch ID column (in the lookup window). Great Plains crashes. This happens in all companies, all workstations and even at another client's installation of 7.5.

Is anyone else getting this issue?

Wow - yes, I have duplicated it here. Have you submitted this as a support incident?

The problem report is 41313. The more people get added to it, the more quickly (or so they claim) it will be fixed. However, they say now that service packs are only going to be released quarterly though.

I cannot find this problem report. I just searched for everything I could think of in there. This happens to me all the time in PartnerSource.

It was just created yesterday, so it probably won't appear on the website for some time. I had to call and get our name added.
