Great Plains 7.5 and Vista

Hello, we are unable to use the Excel or Word export options in SmartList on Vista PCs with Office 2007. As soon as we click the button, it gives us an "unexpected error" message. Anyone know how to work around this? Thank you for any help.

Hi There Jaz! Do you know if GP9 would be supported in Vista. The company that I'm working for have been talking about upgrading everyone or at least some of our users to Vista, but we weren't sure about what kind of problems that we might have in Great Plains.

I haven't noticed any problems with GP9 and Vista. We currently have GP9, and several users are using the Vista operating system.

GP 7.5 is not supported on Vista.
GP 8.0 and GP 9.0 are supported on Vista.
FRx 6.7 is only supported on Vista with Service Pack 9, nothing earlier.

I'm surprised you were even able to install GP 7.5 on Vista....
