Great Plains 6.0 Will Not Close

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had any answers to why Great Plains will not close on its own on a computer running Win 98. It has worked fine all along, and now when the person tries to exit Great Plains, it just sits there and does nothing. We have to CTRL ALT Delete out of the application and then I have to kick her out manually. Just wondering if anyone knows what would cause this. We haven't added any new software or anything.
