Great Plains 10 User security

I have a user who is not supposed to have access to Vendor Maintenance. I select Security Roles and uncheck the Vendor Maintenance box for the Security role in which the user resides. I then go to User Security and verify the user is in the role.
User logs in and can still get to it. What am I doing wrong?

Ask your partner to download the Support Debugging Tool for you. This has a new window which will show you exactly what tasks and roles a user has access to to allow them to get to a particular window. See the following blog post for more information.
