I wanted to share with everyone that "Domino System Administration" by Rob Kirkland is an EXCELLENT resource for people who are new to Lotus Notes. I'm only up to Chapter 3, but it's very easy to understand for someone who has no Lotus Notes experience. The author does a great job of relating the concepts in terms that are easy to understand (as opposed to Lotus terms that can be confusing). And, he explains the reasons behind each step of configuration, with the consequences for each decision to be made when setting up a Lotus Domino Server.

I highly recommend this book!

Got it! I agree the book is great. Now all we need for those who are new to Notes/Domino is a step by step guide for setting up and maintaining sample lans. Like a brief version of a set up manual...
