Can anyone help create and effect with grass swaying in the wind?

If I create a blade of grass how can I make it duplicate itself and give the illusion of swaying.

Forgot to say thanks for the links old...

been really busy this week and got side tracked.

Ended up scratching the idea, I got the kirupa thing to work but my presentation is just to big (ie 1024/768) and the effect kills the processor.
