graphs32.ocx

I'm trying to register an ocx file on an NT 4 machine by typing the following;

regsvr32 graphs32.ocx

But I get this error;

DllRegisterServer in Graphs32.ocx failed. Return code was: Ox80040201

I've looked on the microsoft site but could not find anything. Any ideas please?
