I am looking for suggestions on what the best way is to incorporate scientific graphing into vb6. I have seen that MS Excel can be used (ole). Is this the best option? Are there other ones that don't require purchasing any additional software (besides vb6 and Office)?

Thank you,

Excel, Access ... All use the MsChart 'Applet' for their Graphs/Charts. VB can use the same. The syntax for manipulating the properties is a bit involved, but is 'readily' available in the help files. Since VB is severely crippled in terms of PRINT output (some "DEAL" with Segate Tech?), I do not expect that you could 'print' these -except in the case of printing the Form(s).
