I am a new programmer and i used to write programs at Turbo C with graphics.h, i would like to learn how to write a windows programs with high quality graphics.

first of all what software do i need to work with ? (Borland C for windows ?)

second, there are any recommended sites/files except programmersheaven.com to learn the subject above.

you should study GDI. graphics.h will not work under windows. John Fill
