Hi People,

I was wondering if you guys could give me a bit of advice about some graphics software....

Which is better:
paintshop pro or photo shop??
in terms of graphic design for web development...

and what's bryce and poser like???
Is bryce 5 the latest??

also, is macromedia freehand worth getting?

Sorry for heaps of q's! Seeya!

I use Fireworks (my Favorite) and am seriously considering photoshop just as a sideline. I have Freehand9 installed and it is the most cumbersome program I have ever used...it is ok I guess but I feel it is not representative of the "best" Macromedia can do and I would not spend any money on the program.

Just my oppinion.

I have not used Bryce as of yet...I hear it is pretty good. Ya' Gotta Love It!

Yes and the png files it creates are completely editable. It also is awesome at creating sophisticated rollovers and image swaps. You can import a lot of photoshop effects into it to use and eyecandy is easily imported as well.. Wuks lok a bluddy chom!LOL Ya' Gotta Love It!
