Hi, when i try to install a game on my computer an error message appears saying "VGA Device does not exist"

I recently got a new graphics card - GeForce FX 5200 pci as my mobo dont have an agp slot. and before i got this, the game installed perfectly.
There is no actual option to turn my onboard graphics off, all there is a chioce to choose onboard or pci.

i am wondering if it is trying to detect my onboard graphics instead of my pci graphics card

Please help, thanks

acually it kind of sounds like you are correct.
did you remove the old video drivers before you powered off and installed the new pci video card?

knoweldge is power, spread the power
