Graphics in WordPerfect 12

I have recently upgraded to Version 12 and I notice when I load graphics that half the image is black. When I shut WP12 down and re-open the document and try again sometimes the image is inserted correctly and sometimes it comes in again half black. I can go around in this loop multiple times before the graphic comes into the document correctly.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a known issue with 12 ? If it is what can I do to correct it because it's driving me nuts.

It is a hyperthreading issue. See this faq67-5296 for a work-around.

Thanks so much. I will try this. I hope changing this will not degrade the performance of my PC because I know P4 PCs require hyperthreading.
