I have a table that has 5 OLE fields - in these fields the userwill need to insert photes from the data entry form.
When they open the corresponding report - I need the photos to show up there - the whole phote. As it isnow I have the object box and i can insert a photo - on the form it shows up as a thumbnail. when i open the report - i still just get the thumbnail - how do i have it display the whole photo?
Also can you put an option in there - display photo? Yes/No message box????
Any advice would be appreciated [fish]

You question is identical to another right now.....here are two questions for you....

1. If yuo display the object in a form, do you see it??
2. What format for the graphics are you using? .jpg, .bmp, etc

I also found the below in the Access Help files....

I want to see the content of my object in my form or report, but I see an icon instead.

1 Open the form in Design view or the report in Design view.
2 Click the icon.
3 On the Edit menu, point to the appropriate Object command (for example, point to Worksheet Object for a Microsoft Excel object), and then click Convert.
4 In the Convert dialog box, clear the Display As Icon check box.

Hope this helps.... Programming isn't a profession of choice.
It's a profession of calling...
