Graphics following mouse pointer... 1

I want to display the year '2001' and have the zeros be a pair of eyes that follow the mouse pointer wherever it goes.

I have seen it done, but can't figure out how to do it...

I'm facing the same problem, but with a face. I want the eyes to follow the cursos too. So if anybody can help Jazerr he/she would help me too.
