Graphics co users to input text, upload JPEGs and preview their signs

Hello,
I have a HTML web service. A customer wants to upgrade his website that is currently only information about what they do. He wants to include a sign creation and preview page. Customers would insert text, upload graphics and then preview their signs or other design projects.


As a new JAVASCRIPT user, this seems like I would be reinventing the wheel. Is there a program I can lease or better yet download for a one time fee?



Perfect if there is a shareware program somewhere. Can anyone be of assistance please?
