I recently checked my BIOS settings and I noticed this setting: "Graphics Aperture size". It is set to 64MB however my graphics card is 256MB. Should I change the setting to 256? What's aperture?

Thanks in advance

For a quick explanation:

You should be fine leaving it at 64MB. You only need to adjust this setting if you are having problems with the card in the first place. If you ever do decide to play with its settings, never set it below 32MB, and anything higher than 128MB is a waste of memory address space. Just remember that the size works much in the same way as your pagefile in Windows. The more memory you have on the video card, the less you need the aperture.
