Graphical Table Editor?

Hey Guys,
Im looking for an app that will let me edit a table in windows, rather than hand-coding it all in the command prompt.

Seen any around? I tried one called phpmyedit (from sourceforge.net) but it doesnt seem to work with local databases.

For Win32? I've had good success with MySQL-Front.

I use phpmyadmin but for this you need php too.
