Graphic turns in to a white box

Im trying to turn some documents in to a PDF from a Mac laptop from IN Design CS2. I've tried saving PDF 4,5,6 & 7 and get a black line around everything and the logo turns in to a white box!

...any transparency used in the indesign file that interacts with spot colors?

...been handy if you can post a screen shot or even post a sample pdf file to view...

I will try to post the file later as I don't have it on my right now. But I did figure out getting rid of the black lines. Its now just the logo. Its a white logo that has clear writing and yes it interacts with spot colors. Is there a certain setting in Acobat that I need to change? I've tried everything.

...under the advanced menu in acrobat, choose print production > overprint preview...

...look any different or the same?
