Had a look round but I couldn't find the answer to my question (may have missed it of course)

I have a report which is populated when a form is submitted to the database, it brings in data from the form by way of creating a table and changing the recordsource of the main report and the rowsource of the graphs as I have multiple users and dont want to create multiple versions of the reports for those users.

My issue is that when the report runs it create with data, however if the report is emailed or printed, the data in the graph disappears, question I have is, what am I doing wrong?

Than ks for the help.

Thanks for the reply, Temp tables are not deleted until after the report is closed, it is part of the close statement, i was orginally closing this as part of the form close then realised this was wrong, but this hasn't helped any, which is one of the reasions for posting on here to see what else i may have missed.

Really annoying as I have another report created after form details have been added, which run fine.

TBH, I had already tried that, by not actually putting the remove table option in until quite late.

Originally each user had a permanant table that just cleared as they closed the report, I thought this may be the issue which is why I have then started deleting it instead.

If you don't want to keep the table, try put a MsgBox() in the code immediately prior to the delete so you can determine when it happens. I have found the report close may occur between a print preview and an actual print.

Have you attempted the printing process without previewing?

I had the report at first automatically printing, discovered that it wasn't printing all the details so reverted to 'show the user' instead to try and walk through the code to make sure that all the elements where picking up, which they appear to do if you have it as a print preview.

Although I have jjust reverted back to acPreviewReport, and surprise surprise it's working [2thumbsup]

Thanks looks like i just needed to sort things out in my head and this has helped.
