Graph Problems....

Hi All

I am developing a Crystal Report, which has 3 groups. Group 1 - QTR Group 2 - Month and Group 3 - SubDept.

I want to represent the subdept data ie. number of ppl per month in a graph.

I have gone to graph expert and advance and put 'on change of' - Month and in 'show values' I have selected 'number of ppl' field.

The desired results are not correct at all....dont where these figures are coming from.

Any one any ideas?

Where have you placed the graph.

report header

What date range are you running report for.

If in report header it will run for all data, so if date range is multiple years it will sum for all Jans, Febs etc.

Try placing in Quarter Header and see what happens
