Graph Issue: Displaying Data Labels

I have had an ongoing issue with horizontal bar charts. When I have numerous data type on the y axis, the chart will only display every other data label. I've tried reducing the font, but this is only a temporary solution. Sooner or later I will come across an instance where once again only every other data lavel is displayed.

Any thoughts on how to approach this will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried opening it in design view, then choosing Chart Options|Axes and ticking "category" instead of "automatic"?

Yes, my chart is Options, Axes is set to "category".
