To anyone that can help me on this or explain to me what's going on...
I have created a report with a graph.
The report lists the total expenditures for each employee Per each Department for a specific month. In other words, it looks like this:
AUGUST 2002
Page 1
Dept=Marketing
Michael $1,000
Sue $500
Tim $1,200
Page 2
Dept=Maintenance
John $200
Paul @250
In order to make this more visual I also wanted to put a bar chart on each page that displays each department separate. The query I used for this graph is a Select Query.
Now when I run it a user will type in the month and the year he or she wants to retrieve. After the reports open there should be a different graph for each department. However, sometimes when I open it, the graph for one department is also used for another department. Then when I open it again it displays exactly what I want.
Ie., the graph works very inconsistently and I do not know what I'm doing wrong. I hope I somewhat made it clear what my problem is so that you could explain what I can do to fix it.
Thanks for all your help!
