graph in cognos 8.4 showing rounded values (working okay in 8.2)

Hi all

I have an issue with a chart in Cognos 8.4 comparing to 8.2 version.

I have a bar graph, horizontal (actual a combination graph)and on axis x I show the values for count of tickets, and it is showing the intervals as:
0 0 0 1 1 1 (version 8.4)
0 0.2 0.4 0.6 0.8 1 (version 8.2)
The data format is the default one.

Any idea why?
