Graph - how to

I need a graph as shown below

This graph is created for each workstation with the steps against number of units produced(target number, obtained number).

Is it possible to create a graph like this???

It looks like you would use two "on change of" fields in the advanced tab: {table.workstation} and {table.step}, with the summary of sum of {table.unitsproduced}.
