I am building a Bar Graph with 2 Lines overlaying it. The X-Axis is numbers 1-12. The table is set up so there are Fields 1-12 that represent each bar going across. This is fine, but the lines on the graph are built off of parameters. The first line is the Values/Parameter1, and the second line is Parameter2. Is there anyway to set this type of graph and have the lines overlay the bars?

How exactly is this set up in the chart expert (on change of fields, summary fields)? Does your paramter return only one value, a constant, so that you are planning a horizontal line?

I have been messing around with it, but to no avail. Right now I have Show Values of Val1,Val2 etc. On change of is set to a random category, but then I swap data series, which makes the graph appear alright. The parameter is a constant value, so I want it to go straight across; however the number not set so I can not use the "Draw Custom Line at" feature. Parameter 2 is also constant and appears once.

What do these lines based on parameter values represent? There might be another approach.

The issue is that your summaries are separate fields rather than one that is changing across some other field.
