Graph does not fit in control when using wide monitor

I have an Access program that displays some data and a graph on a form. On an ordinary monitor, the graph displays perfectly. But when I use one of these new-fangled wide-screen monitors, only the left portion of the graph appears. The rest of the form is completely normal. Have played around with screen resolutions, but that's not really where the problem lies since the rest of the form displays properly. If I stretch the graph control horizontally, I still see just the left part of the graph, only the columns are much wider. Oddly, making the control smaller causes the entire graph to show up, but only when a limited number of points are graphed. If I graph a larger number of points, the right-hand part disappears again.

Has anybody else run into this? How did you deal with it? By the way, double-clicking on the graph while in Design View does show the entire graph as well as the legend, which is located in the upper right corner. Problem returns as soon as I shift to Form View.

Don't have a clue, but it might help others here who might have a clue if you post things like your version of Access, your OS and the particualr graph you're using.

Try playing with the SizeMode property of the graph. The options are Clip, Stretch, & Zoom. Maybe one will work for you?....

Try changing the DPI settings. On the tab that you set screen resolution is an Advanced button.

Yes, I tried the Clip, Stretch and Zoom options with no success. The problem lies solely with the graph itself. Everything else on the screen is perfectly normal. Will have a look at the DPI idea, but that will surely affect the entire screen and not just the graph.

This is Access 2003, Windows XP, and the graph is just a simple column graph.

I have a hunch that this has something to do with the extra-wide monitor screen. The problem does not exist on an ordinary monitor. The entire form itself does not occupy the entire extra-wide screen, but I don't think that is unusual. It's time to dig out the manual that came with the monitor. Thank you for the responses.

Although I'm not using a widescreen, am using an LCD. With regards to graphs --in Excel anyway--, my resolution is 1280x1024, my colleague's is 1024x768. The graph does not look or print properly from her computer unless she changes monitor settings to 1280x1024. Also, if the excel window is not full screen, even on my monitor, the chart does not view or print correctly, everything becomes squashed. Regular text and spreadsheet pages are not affected by this.

Forgot to mention: we always develop using the lowest screen resolution our end users are using. Used to have similar problems with Access reports...
