Graph/chart diagram with MEAN

Hi experts,

I need to create a DIAGRAM (chart) with the following axis:

1.Mean score differences
2.Gapmonth

I do have a table with the following fields: Difftotal ; Gapmonth

My question is: how to create a histogram so that axis Y show MEAN of Difftotal while axis X show gap month?
