I am using MS Access 2000, it's my first attempt at trying to create a graph in a report....

I am trying to show client feedback, so my report is based on a query which has the client names and 3 peices of feedback that they have given (scores out of 10).

My graph looks fine - it shows the clients on the bottom axis and has numbers one to ten on the left with 3 bars for each candidate in the bar chart, each showing one of the 3 scores.

The problem is that the report shows this graph over and over again dependant on the number of candidates. For example if I look at a specific job which had 7 candidates on - the same graph appears 7 times in my report.

I just can't figure out why - I guess it is because this is the number of records in the underlying query - can I make it stop? I just want to see the graph once.

Thanks!

I think you can solve this by putting the graph in a Group Footer. On the menu bar go to View...Sorting and Grouping. In the Fields/Expression box, select a field (you don't actually have to group on anything but it will sort this group ascending/decending. In the Group Properties section set the GroupFooter property to Yes. Then pull your graph in there and see what happens.
