First: How can I find out who has access to agent and route administrator?

Second: Can you block access to pieces of both agent and route administrator so that no one can make any changes to things that we don't want them too? or do you have a report that can be ran off the system to tell who had made changes that should not have been made?

Example: Changing CCT's
Changing supergroups-
Changing usage of someone's phone log on

I think this is all controlled by security profiles but just need a little helpful advice if anyone can help.

Look at your Agent Administrator at the Supervisor levels 1 and 2 as well as System Managers. Whoever has a Profile Description other than None (0) would have access to everything in Aspect System Management Suite except for Architect unless Architect is installed on that PC.

As far as blocking, I have not come across anything like that as of yet. I would love to see Aspect give permissions access like other programs do rather than just a level access. As far as I can tell it's an all or nothing system.

Tracing to see who has done what is something I think only Aspect has access to. I think you need to get into the Unix system to pull that information.

in CC v8.x you can define your own security-profiles (agent-administrator->resources->security profiles). the copy-function doesn't work (CC v8.3), you'll have to create a new profile. there you can grant read/write/execute access to the different resources.

look at the table "audit" in the system-db, there you can see who logged on/off from where (host/ip). cct updates, load/release and deletions are logged also.
