Granting Proxy Rights for all Mailboxes

Hi,

What is the best way to grant proxy rights to all Groupwise mailboxes to one particular user. I believe I read that there is a tool for this but haven't had time to research it further.

I would also be interested to know if there was a way of removing accounts that currently have Proxy rights while adding that one account, again on a global basis.
