Our helpdesk is being given access to do simple exchange tasks. Can anyone
tell me what are the rights required that will allow them to only:
Create mailboxes for new or existing AD users
Modify email addresses for existing users who change their names etc
Move mailboxes between stores and servers when people change departments
Configure exchange features such as enabling mobile access

I have read the following karticles:

im sorry for my ignorance but these just confuse me more.

can somebody tell me what are the minimum permissions needed ie: read, write, list contents, etc.

are the following the necessary permssions needed to do the above tasks ?
Read
" Execute
" Read permissions
" List contents
" Read properties
" List object

and finally the minimum permisions are granted will the help desk have the ability to view all others mailboxes, for example in exchange doing file -> open other users file ?

sorry for all the questions but im getting very confused.
