GRANT EXECUTE

I'm running MySQL version 5.0.16-nt, and according to the documentation, the EXECUTE is a valid GRANT option that I can give. Every time that I try however, I get the following:

Error Code : 1144
Illegal GRANT/REVOKE command; please consult the manual to see which privileges can be used

What am I doing wrong here?

I did what the error message said to do.....

The manual reads, in part (

http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/grant.html),

"The EXECUTE privilege is not operational until MySQL 5.0.3"

I'm not conversant on MySQL version numbers. Is 5.0.16 a more recent revision than 5.0.3?
