Grandstreem phone GXP1630 is not registering with Panasonic NS1000

Tried to Connect grandstream GXP1630 SIP telephone with Panasonic NS1000.

But the phone is not get registered. The system has already yealink phones connected with it.

But Mitel SIP telephone is working with Panasonic.

Anybody please help us to figure out the issue. Are we missing any configuration
