Hi all,

I have a grandstream UCM6116 and want certain users to dial out only to numbers starting with 5, 6 or 9.
I created an outbound rule with _5. , _6. and _9., and also added pin group so they use codes when dialing out.
But the privilege Level is grayed out and disable not allowing to to change it to local.
When dialing and using the code it is also not working.
The test user has permission Local.
How can I get this to work, because I want them to call only mobile and emergency number.

Thank you in advance

Hi all,

I found out what it was.
You need to program _5X, _6X. and _9X., then you can make calls to an numbers starting with 5, 6, 9 with the code you programmed

In case anybody wants to know

Thanks
