Grandstream timing out

We have deployed various model Grand Stream ATA's on customer site. We need toknow if the is a timer or option to prevent the ata from timing out.

The problem is we have the FXS ports and connected. after a period of 5-10 minutes, any calls made to the ports go RNA. how do i stop this from happening so calls get to the ports and ring the devices no matter what time interval occurs between calls?

Try extending UDP timer. Or, some call it SIP session timer.
