Hi all,
I'm hoping someone on here can help.
I have a 4 port ATA from Grandstream (HT814) and cant seem to get the SIP accounts (SIP trunks) to register. I have the WAN plugged into the network set to DHCP and the LAN plugged into my laptop for config purposes.
The Grandstream FAQ's are pretty general so don't really help.
I have put the SIP server/proxy details into profile 1 and setup the four FXS ports with their user ID and passwords.
I think my problem is, I can't actually work out if I should be using the WAN or LAN port for registration (I;m currently set to WAN) I don't know if I should be using NAT traversal (I have pretty much left all the network settings in default.
I have registered the trunks on an Express Talk Soft SIP phone so I know they are working.
Any ideas on where I can actually get an easy setup guide for these things?
Much appreciated.
