Referencing the thread above as that user managed to get their ATA working over teleworker mode. I'm using a Grandstream HT801 and it is registered to the MBG. I have a dial tone yet when I try and make a call I get 3 short beeps then the call disconnects.

Has anyone encountered this/set this up before? The thread above mentions tweaking SDP options in SIP PEER but I've had no luck with it.

Can you get a trace of the SIP signalling packets, either via a packet trace or syslog from the ATA? That should give you clues as to why the call is being rejected.

Hi Lundah,

Yeah, have done a wireshark trace, continuos trace etc..

It's reaching the MiVB and getting error 503 | SIP;text = Forwarded response from LAN-side hop

So that's a server side error. Check your codec settings and Class of Restriction to ensure the device is allowed to dial what it's attempting to dial.

Watch your dial string in the ATA. Look at your capture and see what it is sending to the controllers.
If you don't add the outbound digit (like 91XXXXXXXXXX) it wont send the correct string to the server and you can get the 503 as a response.
