Good morning,

Is it possible to calculate a grand total on a running total?

*tongue in cheek* Yes.

Cheriwe,
If you are looking for specific assistance, it is helpful to have an example of what you are working with to better assist with a solution to your question.

In broad terms, setup a second variable for your runningtotal variable and accumulate it as you go. A formula to display this "GrandTotal" is then placed in the Report Footer. This assumes your RunningTotal was setup using variables (I have never used the RT Wizard personally).

If you require further assistance, please provide more information about your scenario. [smile]

Hope this helps! Cheers!

Mike

Just Create another Running Total and set the reset to never.

This will give you a Grand total for report footer.
