My configuration: CCMS,CCMM, CCMA, CCT,CCT.
My call center is opened from 8 to 23.
So for RTR I have configured:
Data Collection Interval 15 hours
One of interval starts at 8:00.
At 14:00 both Grafical and Tabular RTR have been refreshed (calls answered=0 etc)and the new interval has been started.
What I should check to solve this problem please ?
