Graduation tutorial or link?

Anyone know of any tutorials or actions on creating either a diploma, degree or a graduation cap/gown image?

I went to Adobe.com's exchange and found one graduating cap smilie action, but it doesn't work. Either the file is corrupt or it was saved wrong.

A couple of soliutions might be using Shapes. Did you try searching under that? There are thousands of those things floating around the internet.

Also, if you have Illustrator, look at the adobe studio files for things in Illustrator.

Is this for a web graphic or do you need to make an actual diploma? That might change what you need to find.
