Grace and Peace to all,

I have a few questions on diagnostics:

1. We had an outage where a shelf had an issue that prevent the lines from receiving dial tone and clients calling just got “Dead air “ - is there a way to program HiPath 4000 to send out Audible alarms?

Our techs were on the hospital floor troubleshooting other issues and did not see the Red alarm light on shelf .

Question 2:

Where can I find the descriptions to the alarms, what the levels mean, - I can run a hostage report but need more explanation.

Question 3:
With the outage on a shelf that we received, I checked the dashboard on Openscape Assistant and it showed me all boards Green , yet there was. RED light alarm on the shelf that was having an issue -

What do I use to monitor the shelf where it will show the alarm?

Thanks

Hi.

Q1. There is Spectrum software application which cam communicate with Hipath Assistant/Manager and from there SMS can be send on mobile phone when defined alarm occurs or direct calls to mobile phones. Cannot tell what costs are involved and if they worth for one sys. Also what LAN infrastructure is needed.

Q2. Description of alarm can be found on Tonido site, under Docs, Openscape 4000 V7, and get the "Alfie" (ALFe) document already mention in Forum
(you may use Search in Forum before asking a question).

Q3. Alarms can be seen in Hipath/Openscape FM (Fault Management) if configured. If not, better under RMX (AMOs VADSU,HISTA,SIGNL,REFTA,BUEND,SDSU,BCSU) also already mentioned (again, please use search option.)
