GPv6-Sales Series Posting-Window but no data

We are experiencing something odd. One user just as of Friday had rights to this window: Sales Series Posting. eEnterprise>Window>Sales in Security. She called me yesterday to inform me that she gets a warning message Not Priv for this. There are only 3 of us in MIS and non of us made any change to her rights. So i go in to Security and notice that she has rights for this as an * indicates. I remove the rights and redo it for Sales Series Posting and now she gets the window but no data comes up. Does anyone know what else she may have to have rights to in order to get the data; I know this makes no sense but what else could it be. Odd, because why would they allow the window to come up but no data.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

There is a security option for type: Series Posting Permissions. Is that the one you already checked?

Is this user in a class? Is it possible someone changed the class security? That's probably not it, just making sure....

I have seen bizarre things happen with GP security....sometimes a particular user's security just gets corrupted. If removing and re-granting security doesn't work, you may need to recreate the user.

Thanks for your replies. It seems that her security did get corrupt along with a few other things. We ran Cross Links during the evening and it was corrected along with the other things that happened.
