Not really....I don't have and specific numbers for you but what I can tell you is GPU's run a lot hotter that CPU's.
I remember a few years ago having the same shock/worries, the first time I saw a graphics card monitor. Since then I have noticed that these higher temps are normal for GPU's.
I must admit to wondering WHY...GPU's differ when compared to CPU's.
Mr Nvidia/ATI....any response?

my heart it feels a broken beat
Touched soul and hurt lay wounded deep
Brown eyes are lost afar and sleep
When my Nvidia 7950GX2 is idle the temp is usually 39C, when I am playing BF2 it is usually at 49C but mine has fans on it. So to me yours seem a little high. If you don't have a fan on it I would get one, if you do I would just check the airflow and make sure nothing is in the way, ie cables etc.
This discussion shows most folks consider anything under 70C OK...but if you're worried about heat there are numerous after-market coolers...but a 6200? I don't think it's necessary to worry about.
